I enjoyed Watch dogs, though it isn't perfect. I preferred sleeping dogs to both this and GTAV
Fun:
Gang hideouts
Missions which involved stealth
Taking out cars
Story while not amazing, was okay
Some of the online modes are fun
Being invaded
Dislike:
I disliked driving, as I felt it didn't handle as well as it could.
The hacking game is far too frequent
Hacking things kills pedestrians too easily, so you have to chase down criminals as using the hacking tools hurts rep
Rep was pointless
Money is pointless, what do I do with my 2.5 million
