2- Yes I do remember. Do you remember this: "And the only thing you talk about is Minecraft.

Sure it was launched on PC and it was famous before X360. However, on Xbox 360 it sold faster than any other game except GTA."

I acknowledge that Minecraft had a bit of success before jumping to 360; however, a year or less after launching on PC, it dropped on Xbox to become the fastest selling game on consoles.

And you didn't even talk about the other examples I gave. This debate is whether it is a good idea to launch an Indie game on a Microsoft platform.

You turned this into a different argument for your agenda.

1- My splitting hair? The comparison between the Minecraft editions here, is like comparing Fifa on consoles vs mobile editions. That was my mistake.

Yes, You are in order to sell you and push the types of numbers Minecraft has you have to be pretty damn popular... Unpopular games usually don't sell 21 million copies. You also need to take into account that $7 for a game on a Mobile device and having it sell 10's of millions is impressive as the majority of games sell for what $1-$2?.

2,

You never mentioned that part until later on when this discussion started between you and I. You made it sound as though the games you mentioned were unpopular until they hit Live. I can't comment on all the games as I have no interest in the IP, though I did add Super Meat Boy in an above reply.. Live may could very well have helped the other games... but it did NOT make Minecraft popular, had has recived plenty of success without the Live platform!
