So all of these Wii U owners admit they wouldn't even buy Destiny. And then they wonder why third party games aren't released on the system...

Who said they wonder that?

There are mainly 3 types of WiiU owners:

1) Those who love Nintendo and Nintendo-like games. These aren't particularly fond of mainstream 3rd party games, like FPS', and would consider buying Destiny if it has something unique, different from the usual FPS;

2) Those who love Nintendo and gaming in general. These want more 3rd party games to be available on WiiU, but won't be the end of the world if they don't get it. Probably way down the line they'll purchase a system with great 3rd party support and will have a big backlog of games to play. I myself am included in this group;

3) Those who love gaming in general. If you love gaming in general you must also love Nintendo games and for that you might buy a WiiU as a secondary console to complement your PC/PS4/X1.

The main responses I see in this thread are:

"I'll buy it for my PS4/X1" or "I'll wait for PC version cuz that's were it's supposed tp be played" - group 3)

"No, don't care for it" - group 1)

"Yes" or "Probably"- group 2)

So as you see, you're generalizing a little bit. Those who say "No" don't wonder about 3rd party on WiiU all that much. Those on Group 2) do.

Like I said earlier, I would buy Destiny, probably day one.
