Yeah, I assume he's not serious, but if he is, he is wrong. I know many people that have wanted to live in (granted all live in Canada, but one does have American citizenship, so I will count that), and I personally wouldn't mind going to Russia. I also really want to go to China (a country that still claims to be communist), and while I wouldn't want to live there permanently, I wouldn't mind staying a year or two there. I have no idea why he is talking about Mexico, though.
