I think it's slightly too early to be calling a winner in the US.  Microsoft still has the Halo trump card and seems to have a good relationship with EA.  While PS4 is selling extremely well, I could see a scenario where the race is close in the US.  The major factor will be more casual players, such as the yearly Madden/FIFA/COD crowd that haven't found a reason to upgrade to current-gen yet.  If Microsoft can convince that group to jump over to the XB1 (possible especially with their sports and shooter background and brand affiliation from the 360), they could get the ball rolling and make it a close race.  Do I think that will happen?  Probably not, especially with the lead Sony is building/has built, but I think there's a chance.

Now, globally?  Yeah, PS4 is the clear winner, followed by the XB1.  And as for the Wii U, it's not even a competitor when talking about global or US sales.
