Women regularly go topless on beaches in Europe. These are regular beaches as well.

Aww, well if thats the case it's no surprise no one makes a big deal out of it. Toplessness on a beach is too...normal. Too sensible, even by my American standards. Nothing to get excited about there. :( And here I was rushing to set aside a "vacation to Europe" fund. *sigh*
