512MB of RAM isn't much to work with....and while many 360 games my say "scaled at" 1080p on the box, I believe most are in 720p on the 360 as well. Like Devil May Cry 4 for example. The box for the 360 version says "scaled at 1080p/1080i/720p" on the box, but both the PS3 and 360 version are 720p at 60fps. Not a lot of games on either console go to 1080p.
