Of course Blackberry's UI is fine. That's why its customer satisfaction is so high, its phone ASP is higher than ever, and everybody else is scrambling to integrate trackballs on their phones. I'm sure all your fellow employees love their Blackberries and your company isn't just sticking with them because your IT department is inflexible, controlling, and slow to adapt.

"Fine" isn't good enough. If it were, Blackberry shipments would be somewhere above rounding error territory.

 

headache to maintain! People are also wanting to go back to their Blackberries because they actually miss the security the platform provides. Apple as about as far from a secure mobile platform as one can get! They only thing BB has against it Apps... The amazon appstore will take care of that by bringing netflix and other popular apps over! I have netflix on my phone now and have had it for a year and it works great! 

 

Blackberry is also going to be launching BES cloud services so companies will not have to maintain their own services. They are also making a huge push into the medical industry as it's platform provides the best security hands down! Apple can't touch it and Samsung's Knox is nothing compared to the the security that is baked into BB10 (QNX) platform from the very ground up! Something has to be said about that rather than relying on a addon.  

 

I know Blackberry is not as popular as they once were, they made mistakes and it has cost them! They however don't need push Apple like numbers to be successful. I just laugh at all the people that right off the OS because they don't have access to 4903859034853 dick and fart apps.
