Yeah mobile really is a slippery slope for them, and I personally don't think its an easy answer. I see the point of view from both sides on that one. Its risky as hell and very costly but the potential profits can be massive. At the same time you have Apple and Samsung completely dominating the market and people like what they are used to for the most part.
Me personally I think they should do like I said, slim down the division, cut anything thats not working, and only produce products they have had success with. No risky phones or trying to push a brand or product thats not working.
But I see why some people say just cut / sell it as well. I think there's arguments for both sides on that one.
