Well, PS4 numbers seems like they're following my expectations. 16-18 mill sold before 2015 was my prediction and I never changed my mind one bit. PS4 is a success even "without games". After September 2014 and most 2015 we will start seeing record numbers again for PS4.
PS3 should be around 85 mill shipped right now, probably will finish the next fiscal year around 90m. I must admit that it's becoming more difficult PS3 will reach 100m lifetime, but i'm still faithful.
Both consoles are a success for Sony financially right now. It can't be said the same about the rest, but, "progress is progress".
And off topic, if some people are comparing numbers with other companies is something inevitable...Even IGN is comparing the differences between PS4 and XBox One sales. I don't see the problem. If someone don't like what he's reading, you have a very easy solution: Scroll down the screen until the next post, and don't waste the time in something you think is stupid.
