I felt the PS4 had won at E3 2013, when MS showed their hand and told me to not be an early adopter to their machine. I felt it even more once I got my PS4 and realized just how awesome a gaming machine it is in every area that matters to me as a gamer.
I can't imagine the word of mouth on PS4 being anything but positive from actual early adopters and that is what fuels the momentum of success that it has been enjoying. Once the market knows it is the best machine, they also know it will have the best future.
The XBO will have to make right many wrongs, and now the only way they can really compete and stay relevant is through exclusive AAA games, which has never been a strong suit for MS outside of the shooter genre.
