That's certainly relative. I don't own a Ps3 nor a Ps4, and yet I beat The Last of Us in Hard. That doesn't deter me from "bitching", although I have very few complains about TLoU:R.

I just mean people who have no intention of ever playing the game, then bitching about how unnecessary a remaster is. Of which there are quite a few.
