Like for example, the one I go to, there is this employee thats a giant xbox fan and everytime I go there, he tries to sell an xbox one or an xbox game and etc even though all I want is my wiiU/3ds/ps3 game and I told him many times that I dont want an xbox one. Compare that to say Walmart where they don't really care what you buy and they wont consistently tell u to get another system. Least thats from my experience anyway |
There you go. They have the worst, most ignorant and annoying employees and managers.I got into it with them before back when they had the return anygame for any reason policy within 10 days and only went there again when i cannot find a game in stores elsewhere. Then every time you go there they tr to get you to pre order stuff or sign up for their stupid rewards card and a typically 2 minute transaction at other stores turns into a 5minute plus transaction at GS.I also had the same experience with the Xbox employees back when it was popular to bash the PS3 and love the 360.Screw GS, there policies are crap and Best Buy has the better trade in deals and actually give you money.
