I like picking up a game after leaving work at 2:30 rather than sitting around waiting for the UPS truck to show up between 5:30-6:30pm. I also have no issues with the workers at my local stores as they seem like nice people.
Someone asks if you're interested in a console you do not have, just say "No thank you". Seems like NiKKom is right and gamers do hate social interaction outside of the house. That and judging by the way many gamers on the forums act, I wonder if it isn't really the store clerks who are the issue. Maybe they are tired of the whiney customers. |
Less socializing means more gaming. I guess people who waste time to walk to and talk to people aren't real gamers :P
BTW I get my games delivered early in the morning or even the day before. Would be nonsensical for me to walk out of the house and wait for stores to open.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
