When technologie get adopted is a different topic. I am using blackberries since 2005 and a UMTS card since 2007. You can open your laptop in Cabs, Trains, Airplanes, anywhere and work. People who work in high-pressure environments seldom drive their own car. Therefore, no real changes in work efficiency since the introduction of BB/UMTS Laptops. Depending on adoption of course. |
Smartphones existed before iPhone. iPhone was just a massive disruptor to the market that popularised them with mainstream consumers.
