The two major factors that lead to the ps3 catch up were blu-ray and continuously providing great first party games. Microsoft doesn't have a blu-ray equivalant so how about games? Only time will tell but I beleive it will play out the same as last time around with Sony producing a much better variety of first party exclusives over the long haul.
