I never understood why people in the US bought from Gamestop stores.
In the UK it is FAR cheaper to actually buy games from online retailers than from any brick and mortar store I know of. Most of the time the games at launch will cost less or the price of games will drop rapidly within a few weeks of release for various online stores while the game prices will remain forever high in actual shops.
So I don't see the point of ever walking into a store. Rather just save the money and buy several games.
