Some people only want to see a movie if it's a Micheal Bay style BLOCKBUSTER. I guess this is kind of the same thing.
Which would be fine, actually, if some of these "I can only enjoy a game if I know it's AAA" people wouldn't feel the need to bash "indies" as a whole. It's just so ignorant to me when there are obviously many, many quality games made by smaller studios.
As far as the label "indie" goes, though, I've been saying for the last year that it needs to die. Personally, I always use "small studio", as "indie" is often a misnomer as well as a magnet for haters.
