People need to realise what Next-Gen means. Firstly, the next part... it's the next console iterations now. PS5, XB2, WiiUS or whatever. Those are the next gen.
Secondly, generation. They consoles could but worse, but they are still a different generation of consoles. Next-gen doesn't mean power exact or detailed. It just means the next generation of consoles. Simple.
