Nope, in fact I doubt SO will do very well. Insomniac games aren't known for being big sellers and it's coming out in a very packed Oct.
I'm sure Insomniac will quickly go back to make another R&C game as soon as they can, though I really wish Sony would give that IP to another dev. Insomniac wants independence, they should sink or swim on their own. Besides, R&C needs a breath of fresh air.
