I think it's 7 PM local German time, If I'm right that timetable is wrong.

Germany is in CEST right now right? Germany is +1 hour ahead of UK, i'm 95% certain UK is at 7pm. 

Defo 2pm Eastern time, (Eastern daylight saving time), New york is 6 hours behind Germany, so I think the table is correct.

Germany aren't in CET right now, otherwise it would be 7pm
