i honestly dont think we will ever see the game. its just not worth it, i mean its not like it could ever sell a million units. why spend all this time, effort and resources on it is beyond me. 

The game will probably be DOA. There's no way it live up to the hype critcally and it will probably flop financially. I'm more interested in knowing what the fuck went wrong with this game and why did they dangle it for so long. It'd probably be an interesting read.

This is very likely true...but, what if it does?  What if it not only justifies the lengthy dev time, but smashes it to tiny itsy bitsy pieces?  Would love to see that unfold live.
