Also console performance actually gets better without doing anything under the hood, games get better looking and run better the longer you have it. In order to achieve the same effect on PC of games looking better and running better you have to upgrade.

 

A PC is at its best the day you buy it, a console only gets better the longer you have it.

You get 24 "free" games that you have no choice in getting. I know that I only touch a fifth of the games I get through PS+.

And PC graphics do get better, so I don't know what you mean. My PC from 2 years ago plays games better than ever. If you get a very cheap PC you probably won't get much out of it, but spend $800 and you can have a PC that outperfoms the consoles by far for the next 3-4 years.
