I loved playing Destiny. I had the same fun I had playing Halo 3 online for the first time, I haven't enjoyed a FPS online this much since Halo 3. I love the fact your gear from the Campaign goes into PvP. I kinda liked Reach with the powers but Destiny's powers just fit in so much better. I can't wait to experience the full game.
I'm not really an outsider when it comes to gaming but Destiny made me want to play the campaign where as with all COD's, Halo (2,3,4, Reach, ODST), Homefront and many others I never bothered with the campaigns beyond an hour or so.
I definitely think Destiny seems like a Halo/Mass Effect hybrid, which I don't mind because I loved both series'.
