Eve is near impossible for a return run, the ship needs to be incredibly sophisticated. The Dres landing is easy, not all that different to Duna. I've heard Eeloo isn't too bad, but I haven't actually done it myself. I tried Moho and failed to get off the surface. It's brutal, every stage requires so much more fuel.

Orbital rendezvous is probably my most satisfying achievement in the game so far. I couldn't even imagine doing it at first, it seemed so hard. After spending a few hours getting used to the RCS controls and how to change orbital speeds, I finally managed to do it, and it has been pretty routine ever since.

Yeah, my main concern with Dres is just distance. It's a lot further out to work with, and since it's so small, it's tedious to aim for. I was actually aiming for it when I did the Jool flyby - I was tinkering with maneuver nodes, trying to find a trajectory that'd put me into its SOI, when I ended up finding one that put me in Jool's. I figured, hey, it's something new, let's do it.

There are a number of contract missions where you have to collect a Kerbal just floating in orbit around the planet, and the first one of them, I didn't realize you could switch between objects with the bracket keys (you CAN'T switch to him if you try doing it in the tracking station). So I was trying to do the mission with an Advanced Grabbing Unit to get him onboard and bring him back. And the ship I was doing it with didn't have RCS either. I was effectively trying to do orbital rendezvous - and pretty much succeeding! - without RCS. Now THAT is a pain in the ass!
