You'll notice dips away from 60FPS, doesn't have to be large. Some people won't notice it at all, others will bleed from the eyes.

To the more sensitive ones, there's an option to lock the FPS at 30. No dips there. No fluctuation. Game just as smooth as Wind Waker HD! With better shadows to boot! xD
