How I did it. Bought a preowned used i5 750 with boxed cooler + 8gb DDR3 1600mhz + mainboard +500gb HDD + 680w PSU + case + DVD drive + GTX 275 + internal wireless card for 100€
Bought a Scythe Mugen 3 cooler+fan also preowned (but mint condition) for 22€ to replace the stock cooler of the Intel.
Bought a 128gb sandisk SSD new for 42€
Bought a EOL (end of life) Sapphire 7870XT (Tahiti LE which is basically a 7930) for 114€ (a 7850 would have been 70€)
oced GPU and CPU
= 278€ / $373
Also bought additional 8GB of new DDR3 1600mhz Ram for 42€ / $56 (had to look for a good deal) but its still sealed because no game needs it yet.
= 320€ / $429
Well also bought a rapoo(thats the brand) wireless keyboard and mouse bundle for 12€ / $16 (still more precise in everything than any controller)
= 332€ / $445
So I got a complete PC for a total of $445 (VAT is already included) compare that to a 400€ PS4 that costs $537 in Europe.
