This is exactly the problem. I think we can add as another problem coming from these stream of low quaility software is that people are becoming used to always have a free (usually F2P) alternative, so they are becoming used to get it for free. People spend a lot more in clothes, gadgets, lunchs and so on, but they never got it for free. People tend to give value for a product based on what they usually pay for it and in mobile it's usually zero. Zero value, zero quality, zero interest.
