Talk to your friends or look on craigslist or something.
I'm sure there are people willing to get rid of their PS3 for cheap in wanting to upgrade to PS4.
As for games, i'm sure you have 100 lists of games to look at from prior posts. If there's on thing there is never a shortage of is fanboys lists of must have games to justify a console purchase regardless of system.
