Titanfall was hyped as the second coming of FPS, doesn't matter how players feel about it, fact is it was supposed to turn the XB1 around at the very least win march NPD for it, clearly it failed to meet expectations, even if those expectations where unrealistically high. All Destiny has to do is sell alot I think it was 10 mill before next year or something? Thats significantly less hype, hype to save a system vs hype to sell a lot. |
Good post. That is a great way to seperate the type of hype. Destiny's hype is "This game is going to be HUGE!!!" Titanfall's hype was "Once TF hits the XB1 will being to beat the PS4 each month in NA".
