we havent even got to fully explore the places we have been,. the grotto and kings watch, you could get to them if you know what to do, but you would get killed once there as everything pretty much 1 shots you.
the moon was massive and we got lost exploring the underground, and considering we have heard about aot of DLC, i expect more planets to show up
