I forgot about 3D Dot Game Heroes. That was actually developed by Silicon Studios and published by From Software in Japan, published by Atlus in the west. Silicon Studios also developed Bravely Default and is developing Bravely Default 2. If there's a dev that a company like Square, From, Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft, etc, should purchase, I'd say it's this one. They've released two great games and are slowly becoming a recognized developer. Buy them before they're too well known and popular to reap the benefits at the lowest cost possible.
