It's unprecendented for Nintendo to have a non-packaged game stay in the top 5 in Europe while, at the same time, outselling other regions.

You do know that europe is not a country, right?

When DerNebel was questioning what I was saying, He was questioning my reply to the sales in the UK. The UK is a country. When I went to explain what I meant, I went into a bit more detail and included Europe (since the UK is a part of Europe and "Europe" appears to be the topic of the thread).

Actually when I was questioning you I was wondering which country you were talking about fearing that you thought Europe was a country, I had no idea you were talking about the UK.

When it comes to the UK and the rest of Europe, people tend to combine the two. I suppose that's because video game sales are typically much larger than the UK. However, it has been shown that both France and Germany are getting rather close to the sales in the UK. Even with that said, finding a publication that separates the UK from the rest of Europe is a bit difficult. So, when referring to UK sales, people just say Europe. Often times, vice versa.
