IMO.. This is just a "show"
After Snowden.. Americans companys like Apple, MS and google, have a very low trust in the rest of the world (don't know about americans.. some may have a bad taste in mouth)
Buttomline.. It would be bad business not to go to courth.. even so NSA (and the other bad guys) still get what they wants.. 100%
