I think I found your issue, you are speaking from ignorance, very few PSn indies are not top quality ones, Sony does not just put any indie on the store. Some have very high production values like outlast, Resogun, Dead Nation........ BArely any on PS4 are "2d platformer from nes days", Sounds liek MS quality control is garbage.
