Ok, you have a problem right there, in all LATAM countries the official price of the console is way higher that the imported price I will give you an example for my country.

Xbox One official price (with kinect): 737 U$

Xbox One Imported price (with kinect): 579 U$

Similar stuff with the kinectless model, and the same situation in most (in not all) the countries in the region

 You're right, there are only a few people who still would pick the official one, and the only reason is the guaranty.

I don't see it getting a boost for releasing in more countries, maybe 10k, but that boost would be considered a sucess since the price cut didn't help it at all.
