The 30 FPS Lock in The Last of Us Remastered Enables ‘Higher-Quality Shadows In-Game’

I hope ALL games come with a feature like this. I loved how Bioshock let me cap the frame rate to enable v-sync. In my opinion, consoles should have features that allow a choice between performance vs visuals, much like PC's.
