| Burek said: Or a submarine? :)) I don't know about internet prices where you live, but here in Croatia it is very affordable, so there's no reason to restrict the kids from using it. For €40 I get unlimited internet, unlimited phonecalls and Premium TV package, so that I never worry about it. And my smartphone bill is €30 for my wife and I combined, also unlimited everything. That's why it's hard for me to identify with people with restricted internet access, I guess I assume everyone is online 24/7. |
Oh, interet in the UK very affordable but it's not a matter of affording, it a matter of what kids should have access too. As a parent, I personally wouldn't allow an under 16 to have a console in their room, as I would have purchased it, it would be a family thing. Many children may have consoles in their own rooms with access to the internet and therefore access to thing they shouldn't. Personal opinion.
I think there was a stat somewhere that said a fairly large amount of CoD players don't play the online MP, CoD games are usually full of fun things to do with a good campaign, Zombies or local MP so many just don't sign into online. LegendOfThunder mentioned it was a little as 30% or soemthing for Black Ops 2.
Hmm, pie.
