1. It'll beat PS4 and Xbox One in Japan, most likely... 
2. Xbox One's strategy also can't do that. Even after Titanfall and an $100 price drop, sales still haven't picked up a whole lot permanantly.
By the way, Wii U also has higher sales in Europe!
