Sorta. I believe that Sony will be putting more effort into advertising the PS4 and cut PS3 short. They will still ship units for a while, but small shipments. IIRC, Sony said the PS4 would be more profitable than the PS2, so they would want to stop manufacturing the product that is very hard to profit off of.
360 will still be kicking for a while in America and UK, and MS sorta needs it too for a bit. If they can't sell that many Xbox Ones, they can still supply consumers with the 360 until consumers feel that the One is the better console to go to (sorta like how PS2 was eating away PS3 sales early on).
