reaching a settlement, without declaring guilt is very common. this kind of shit ties up money/lawyers and bad pr for years.
i think i heard i get like 3 months of Plus. Not that bad really. They also initially gave me LBP, Since then i have bought LBP2 and karting, plus my son has bought crap loads of content. The initial gift they gave to me, has been returned and more so. lol
