ok i think youre absolutely right about everything that you said. my other calls execute all of that PERFECTLY, i swear. i just threw this one up for variety on my channel, but thanks for reinforcing what i already know.
however, i do think that by driving the employee to say, "oh my god this guys so fucking annoying" does make it more funny. driving somebody to verbalize that i think is funny. but again, your analysis on how a call can be funny i think is spot on.
