Stick with Dell, if you can get them cheap, that is.

The main way to get Dell's here in Australia is off their website and it is pretty damn expensive for anything remotely good.

My Dell with a 22" screen, 4gb RAM, 2.13Ghz Core Duo, 320gb HDD and Vista Home Premium Cost around $AU2000, which is around $US1800.  IT has a 256MB ATI Radeon X1300Pro.
