Never bought an indie game and may never buy one. I just haven't seen any that caught my interest. However, I recognize that they work for some, just not for me. I do reconcile with the idea that one doesn't buy a ps4 to play indies though they may fill a void. Problem is that void is massive at the moment which is why people are frustrated.
I think my biggest problem with ps4 is ultimately the lack of BC. I got a PS3 in the launch window too and while the "no games" situation was probably even worse, I didn't even notice because I was too busy playing ps2 late bloomers and even ps1 games. PS3 can't play anything but ps3 games so when there are no ps3 games incoming, it's just a dust collector.
