Destiny will sell well on Xbox One, but it won't push systems the way Mario Kart 8 did. People that want to buy a console to play Destiny will most likely purchase a PS4. Destiny has been frequently marketed with the PS4, there is a white PS4 destiny edition bundle, and PS4 owners get the DLC like a year ahead of XBOX owners.
I will however say that if you are a HUGE Halo fan like me you'd say f#$% DLC and buy an XBOX ONE for the Master Chief Collection (which will be a HUGE system seller).
I think WII U sales and XBOX ONE sales will for the most part be neck and neck for the rest of the year(with the obvious exception of MCC week and Smash Bros Week).
