lol what he meant was that, you have your main language that is Italian, than you know a bit of english or french (just an example) xD not that English is the secondary language of Italy, he says that english is your second because you type it here in the forums, so you understand english with that it's your second or third language;)
like me, im from portugal, my main is portuguese, than english is my second just because i speak it, if I knew spanish better or even Italian that would be my second language...
