I don't see Destiny(Xone) selling out MK8 or SSB alone. 

The gap between Xone and WiiU is now at ~1.8M(according to vgchartz).From my personal gamer taste concerning the upcoming games, i prefer the WiiU's exclusives way over the Xone's. So i'd say the gap should even grow. But i know there's a lot of people with different taste than myself, so i will guess more conservatively and say the gap may shrink by some degree, but still be bigger than at least 1M.

I meant during the holiday season. Mario Kart might sell 400k this holiday, smash 2.5 million, the rest 1 million. I expect destiny on Xbox One to outsell that!

Even during holiday. I can see Destiny on X1 outsell MK8 two or three weeks from release (which is in september), maybe even longer, but not during holiday.
