Chart-Track weeks:

Week 11 (360 Price drop):

360: + 36%
PS3: + 06%

Week 12 (Good Friday/Saturday)

360: + 78%
PS3: + 73%

(360 + PS3 neck and neck, but PS3 still slighlty ahead)

Week 13 (Easter Sunday/Monday, GT5:P)

360: - 11%
PS3: +14%

As Chart-Track said PS3 & 360 were neck and neck in week 12, with PS3 slightly ahead we can work out some ratios for the past 4 weeks. I'll give PS3 a baseline of 100 for week 12, and assume 360 was within 5%, 3% would seem to be fair, so 360 week 12 baseline will be 97.

10-13:

PS3: 327 = 54%
360: 277 = 46%

13:

PS3: 114 =57%
360: 86 =43%

12:

PS3: 100 =51%
360: 97 =49%

11:

PS3: 58 =52%
360: 54 =48%

10:

PS3: 55 =58%
360: 40 =42%

So, as we can see, the week before 360 price-drop PS3 outsold 360 nearly 3/2 (58%/42%). The two weeks following the price-drop 360 almost pulled level (52%/48% & 51%/49%), but in the third week after the price-drop dropped back (57%/43%) to almost where it was before the drop. PS3 had a big release (GT5:P) this week though, so it remains to be seen where the sales ratio will level out after Easter and GT5:P sales have died down.

Over the last 4 weeks (Weeks 10-13) PS3 has outsold 360 by 54%/46%.
