For the longest time I would have said:
- The main villian from the Story mode of F-Zero GX (eventually beat years later)
- Sigma from Mega Man X1, X2, and X3 (beat after many, many, many, tried
- Giga Bowser with a few characters (hard to beat with ALL characters, did with msot though. Similar for most gamers I imagine)
All I can think of for now.
