My most hated final fantasy boss would have to be Ozma from 9, too many variables and luck could play far too much of a role in that damned fight.

I wasn't leveled up enough to let my characters play by themselves, I had to be always with an eye into them even with the gambits, so I played it for almost 2 hours and he was just halfway dead, then I saved and never played it again, lol, I still have the save... maybe one day... nah! xD


Yeah, and at the half way point he starts taking half damage too if I remember correctly.  You can always auto level with an infinitely spawning enemy and leave it overnight.  It takes a while but less tedious than grinding it out yourself, unless it feels too much like cheating to you.
